Entries will be divided into four categories based on sales amount (excluding tax), and a grand prize winner will be determined for each category.

• ①Within 1,000 yen
• ② 1,001 yen to 3,000 yen
• ③3,001 yen to 5,000 yen
• ④5,001 yen or more
• *For dishes, you can apply not only for one dish, but also for set dishes, course dishes, etc. as one entry for ① to ④, but the maximum number of applications is one dish/set/course per chef.

• ①Publication and information dissemination on A Taste of HIROSHIMA official website (for those who passed the first screening)
• ②Certificate award (for Grand Prix winners in each category)
• ③ Coverage by media within the prefecture (for Grand Prix winners in each category)

【Qualification requirements】

• Satisfy all of the following requirements
• Stores registered as A Taste of HIROSHIMA Tabeensai Store
  *Applicable to stores registered as Tabekensai stores by Sunday, December 12th.
• No prefectural tax arrears
• Persons who have not been suspended from banking transactions
• A person who does not fall under any of the provisions of Article 22-16 of the Local Autonomy Act Enforcement Order (Cabinet Order No. 167 of 4)
• Not an organization whose main purpose is religious or political activities, an organized crime group, or an organization under the control of organized crime members.
• A person who has not filed a petition for the commencement of reorganization proceedings under the Corporate Rehabilitation Act (Act No. 14 of 154) or a petition for the commencement of rehabilitation proceedings under the Civil Rehabilitation Act (Act No. 11 of 225).

*Applicants can be from within or outside the prefecture, but the language used must be Japanese.

[Application conditions]

• Utilizing ingredients produced in Hiroshima Prefecture, there are newly refined elements.
• Be able to sympathize with the purpose of this project and work on it sincerely.
• Must be able to participate in all the various dates held during the period

• New dishes/products using ingredients from Hiroshima Prefecture
• Dishes/products that newly incorporate ingredients from Hiroshima Prefecture
• Dishes/products that have traditionally been made with Hiroshima-produced ingredients and have been updated to make the seasoning, presentation, packaging, etc. more attractive.

[Examination criteria]

• Hiroshima-likeness: Do the dishes/products have a story and do they fully bring out the appeal of ingredients produced in Hiroshima?
• Appearance: Is the composition beautiful, the balance with the container, the package design, etc. excellent?
• Seasoning: Does the flavor of the ingredients and seasoning harmonize (secondary screening only)?

[Examination method]

The communication language for the examination will be Japanese.

●First screening (document screening)

• Entries will be judged based on documents and food photos, and the top three applicants in each category (total of 3 applicants) will advance to the second round of judging.
• The judges are comprised of Hiroshima Prefecture and the "A Taste of HIROSHIMA" secretariat.

●Second examination (actual food examination)

• Wednesday, January 1st Venue: Hijiyama University

  *Details of the second screening will be communicated to those who passed the first screening after the first screening, and will be announced in a prefectural press release and on this website.
• There will be a total of seven judges including Hiroshima Prefecture, A Taste of HIROSHIMA consortium, and prefectural residents.
• A presentation and taste test will be conducted to determine the top 1 winner in each category.
• The award ceremony was held on February 2th (Wednesday) at "A Taste of HIROSHIMA Tabesai Store Grand Prix Award Ceremony."

[Handling of personal information]

• Information filled out or input by the business operator (hereinafter referred to as "personal information") when applying for and making inquiries for the A Taste of HIROSHIMA Tabesai Restaurant Grand Prix (hereinafter referred to as the "Grand Prix"). In addition to being used for the purpose of conducting this Grand Prix, responding to inquiries, judging, awarding, etc., the information will be statistically aggregated and analyzed, and processed into a form that cannot identify or identify individuals, and used for product development and services. We may use it for improvement and marketing purposes.
• The "A Taste of HIROSHIMA" Secretariat (hereinafter referred to as "the Secretariat") shall take necessary and appropriate measures to prevent the leakage and leakage of personal information and to manage the safety of Others.
• Unless there is a legitimate reason based on laws and regulations, personal information will not be used for purposes other than the business operator's consent, nor will it be provided to third parties other than the subcontractors involved in implementing this Grand Prix.
