Jinseki Kogen Town

This dish combines rare Jinseki beef, raised in Jinsekikogen Town, with oysters from Uchiumi Town in Fukuyama City.
Enjoy the bounty of the mountains and sea that the Bingo region is so proud of.
Hiroshima Prefecture has a long history of Wagyu beef in Japan, and Jinsekikogen Town has had a breeding farm for over 100 years.
It functions as a supply base for breeding bulls (male breeding bulls), and the reputation of "Kamiishi beef" is widely known both domestically and internationally.

Miyoshi City

Miyoshi Wagyu / All year round

Miyoshi City is also known as a traditional producer of wagyu beef, and its wagyu beef fattening techniques have won numerous awards at the Hiroshima Prefectural Livestock Exhibition.
This is Japanese beef "born and raised in Miyoshi" with a meat quality grade of 4 or higher, which was certified as a Miyoshi brand last year.
Please enjoy Miyoshi Wagyu beef, raised in Miyoshi, a town rich in nature and fog in the Chugoku Mountains.
