My go-to store is... Chinraiken Kure Reimen
This is a very popular delicacy from my hometown, Kure! The sweet and sour soup is irresistible, a taste like no other. My recommendation is to add plenty of vinegar and mustard to change up the flavor. Kure cold noodles are recommended not only for summer but all year round, so be sure to give them a try!

My go-to store is... Gyuchan Onomichi store
Whenever I go to Onomichi, I always drop by this restaurant if I have time. The main reason is that I'm on friendly terms with the president, but it's always open and the fact that you can eat it with yakiniku is the best! Of course, they also have kouene, so you can have ramen as a finishing touch to your yakiniku, or you can have ramen and yakiniku at the same time.
