I went with my parents and son to the Hokkaido Northern Food Fair Lunch at the Sheraton Grand Hotel Hiroshima's buffet restaurant "Bridge."
The menu featured a variety of Hokkaido-style dishes, including cold yellowtail salad, Genghis Khan, and fried crab claws, and all were delicious and enjoyable.
There is a wide variety of dishes, from appetizers to desserts, so I think there is something to satisfy people of all ages.
Another great thing about the American steak is that the chef cooks it right in front of you, so you can enjoy it fresh.

I visited for the first time during lunch time, and the atmosphere was welcoming even for children.
First, let's start with the classic gyoza. They're bite-sized and easy to eat. They're light and easy to eat.
I also had Hiroshima Ramen, which had chewy noodles and was very delicious!
