I came to Hatsukaichi City, which is famous for its strawberries, and heard that there was vinegar made from local strawberries.
The clear red-orange aperitif vinegar made with Hatsukaichi strawberries, made at Shunsaigura (1373-2 Kamihirara, Hatsukaichi City) in Hirara, Hatsukaichi City, is made only with rice vinegar, strawberries from Hatsukaichi, and rock sugar. This vinegar is healthy and does not contain any coloring agents.
Hatsuka Strawberry Aperitif Vinegar can be drunk in a variety of ways, but we recommend it with soda. By diluting it with soda, it becomes a vinegar drink with a rich strawberry flavor, and is a favorite drink among people of all ages.
