``Karotegomen'' is a tsukudani made using chili peppers grown in the Arasaka area of Jinseki Kogen Town. There are two types, ``spicy'' and ``with koji'', and you can purchase them at local roadside stations and online shops.
It can be eaten in a variety of ways, such as on top of hot rice, with vegetable sticks, or as a substitute for mustard in oden.
