Instructions for use

When using the A Taste of HIROSHIMA logo mark/Setouchi Sakana logo mark (hereinafter referred to as the "Logo Mark"), you must use it appropriately and in accordance with the following:

Hiroshima Prefecture is promoting the "A Taste of HIROSHIMA" project (hereinafter referred to as "this Project") as an effort to enhance the brand image of Hiroshima as a "treasure trove of delicious food," to polish and promote the diverse food appeal unique to Hiroshima, thereby leading to the development and succession of Hiroshima's food culture.
As part of this project, we will establish guidelines for the proper use of the logo mark, which was created to further enhance the appeal of "Setouchi fish," a valuable food asset that Hiroshima is proud of, and to gain recognition that "Hiroshima is delicious!"

SecondAuthority

All rights regarding the logo belong to the Hiroshima Prefectural Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Bureau (hereinafter referred to as the "Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Bureau").

ThirdDesign

The design of the A Taste of HIROSHIMA logo mark shall be in accordance with the "A Taste of HIROSHIMA A Taste of HIROSHIMA Logotype Manual," and the design of the Setouchi Fish logo mark shall be in accordance with the "Setouchi Fish Logotype Manual," and these guidelines must be observed.

The following parties may use the logo. However, this does not mean that the prefecture certifies the quality of the activities or products of those who use the logo.

(1) A Taste of HIROSHIMA logo

1. Those who support the "A Taste of HIROSHIMA" project and implement initiatives that contribute to the development and inheritance of Hiroshima's food culture.
2. Those who manufacture and sell products, including menus and processed foods, that use ingredients from Hiroshima Prefecture

(2) Setouchi Fish Logo

1. Those involved in the fishing and distribution of various seafood caught in the Seto Inland Sea
2. Those who manufacture and sell products, including menus and processed foods, that use a variety of seafood caught in the Seto Inland Sea

FifthUsage fee

The use of the logo is free of charge.

6thFlow of use

Anyone wishing to use the logo must do so in accordance with the following:

1. Please confirm "A Taste of HIROSHIMA/Setouchi Fish Logo Usage Guidelines", fill in the necessary information, check the checkbox, and download the logo data.
2. Create a design using logo data according to the logotype manual
3. Please report the usage of the logo to the Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Bureau (nouhanbai@pref.hiroshima.lg.jp).
   (Submit design images and data of the finished product, etc.)
   *Since there is no permission system, in principle no reply will be made except in cases of use that violates these guidelines.
4. If there are any additions or changes to the reported content, the documents explaining the additions or changes must be submitted to the Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Agency.

SeventhPrecautions for Use

Anyone using the logo must comply with the following:

1. Use must be in line with the purpose of this project.
2. Please use in accordance with "A Taste of HIROSHIMA Logotype Manual" and "Setouchi Fish Logotype Manual."
3. When using the property etc. that uses the logo, take every precaution to avoid accidents etc.
4. Other: Anything that the Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Bureau deems particularly necessary.

No. 8Suspension of use

The MAFF has the right to prohibit the use of the logo if the use falls under any of the following items.

1. When the matters specified in each item of the preceding article are not complied with
2. When it is deemed to be contrary to laws and public order and morals
3. When there is a risk of damaging the image or dignity of Hiroshima Prefecture
4. When there is a risk of being used for specific political, ideological, or religious activities
5. When using only the logo mark to manufacture and sell products for profit
   Examples: stickers, badges, etc.
6. Other: If the Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Bureau deems it inappropriate

No. 9Usage Reporting

The Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Agency may request users to report on the usage of the logo.

10thLiability for compensation for losses, etc.

The Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Agency will not be held responsible for any compensation for losses incurred in connection with the use of the logo.

11thOther

In addition to what is provided for in these guidelines, any other necessary matters shall be determined separately.
