INFORMATION
We held a pairing event featuring Setouchi seafood and Hiroshima sake!
The "A Taste of HIROSHIMA" project promotes "Setouchi fish x Hiroshima sake pairings," believing that combining "Hiroshima sake," which is attracting global attention due to the Hiroshima hosting of the IWC SAKE division, one of the world's largest alcoholic beverage competitions, with "Setouchi fish," which offers seasonal deliciousness throughout the year, will bring out the best in both.
As part of this initiative, we held the "Setouchi Fish x Hiroshima Sake Pairing Exchange Event" with the aim of promoting the appeal of food and drink pairings and fostering exchange between sake breweries and restaurants in the prefecture. 🐟🍶

Furthermore, at the exchange event, a new pairing concept was devised to further promote the pairing of Setouchi seafood with Hiroshima sake."Tai Ginjo"Introduce!
We proposed this idea with the hope that "Tai Ginjo" would serve as an entry point, encouraging restaurants to easily try pairing Setouchi seafood with Hiroshima sake, and allowing people from both within and outside the prefecture to enjoy a unique Hiroshima culinary experience!

Restaurant owners and staff who participated in the exchange event commented, "It was great to have the opportunity to interact with sake brewers who actually make the sake," and "It was helpful in selecting the sake to serve at our restaurant."
In addition, we received comments from people involved with sake breweries such as, "This was our first time participating in an event in the eastern part of the prefecture (Fukuyama), and it was a great opportunity," and "We would like to have more opportunities to interact with restaurants in the future."
Moving forward, we will continue to promote the pairing of "Setouchi fish" and "Hiroshima sake" with the cooperation of restaurants and sake breweries, so that more places can be enjoyed that offer a unique culinary experience in Hiroshima Prefecture✨
