INFORMATION
LECT is hosting a "Easy Vinegar x Nanbanzuke" hands-on event!
As part of an initiative in collaboration with "OK!! Hiroshima (Oishii ke, Hiroshima)," Mizkan Corporation will be holding a free event where you can experience the deliciousness of "Kantan Nanban," a type of pickled fish dish that can be made with just one bottle of Kantan vinegar.
At the venue, there will be free samples of easy Nanban pickles made with Samurai leeks, a registered ingredient of "Cheer! Hiroshima," as well as an introduction to Hiroshima-produced ingredients that are perfect for Nanban pickles.

Hiroshima boasts a wealth of ingredients to be proud of, including the diverse seafood caught in the Seto Inland Sea, known as "Setouchi fish," and vegetables registered with "Cheer! Hiroshima," a program that supports locally produced goods that local farmers are proud of!
I hope you all try making Nanbanzuke using delicious ingredients from Hiroshima! 😊
