In Hiroshima Prefecture, the IWC SAKE division, one of the world's largest alcoholic beverage competitions, is held in Hiroshima, attracting global attention. The prefecture is promoting the "Setouchi Fish x Hiroshima Sake Pairing," which combines "Hiroshima sake," which is popular in Japan, with "Setouchi fish," which offers seasonal flavors throughout the year.

This time, as a new pairing suggestion unique to Hiroshima, we are proposing "sea bream," a representative fish of the Setouchi region, paired with "ginjo sake," which originated in Hiroshima."Tai Ginjo"Was announced!
