"Hiroshima Lemon Fair" held at ANA Crowne Plaza Hiroshima

In support of the "A Taste of Hiroshima Project," the ANA Crowne Plaza Hiroshima Hotel is currently hosting the "Hiroshima Lemon Fair," offering limited-edition menu items using Hiroshima lemon syrup and lemon peel vinegar, in order to share the appeal of Hiroshima lemons with as many people as possible! 🍋

The special menu being offered this time uses additive-free, color-free lemon syrup made from whole lemons, including the peel, grown in Hiroshima Prefecture's warm climate and rich natural environment, as well as original lemon peel vinegar made using traditional acetic acid bacteria and methods that have been passed down for over 440 years.
We offer a wide variety of menu items, including drinks, sweets, and buffets, that make the most of the unique characteristics of the ingredients, and you can enjoy them in the high-quality space that only a hotel can offer.
