As part of the "A Taste of Hiroshima" project, the event will be held around Hiroshima Castle for two days on February 14th and 15th to further promote the deliciousness of Hiroshima.Hiroshima Castle Oyster Festival 2026In collaboration with NTT Docomo, we will be setting up a booth where you can enjoy Setouchi fish and Hiroshima sake.

Please enjoy the combination of Setouchi fish, grown in the rich natural environment of the Seto Inland Sea, and sake brewed with pride by sake breweries in the prefecture!

 

In collaboration with the metropolitan area promotion "OK!! Hiroshima (Oishii Kee, Hiroshima)", Setouchi fish are"OK!! Oyster Salt Oden with Setouchi Sea Bream Broth"と"OK!! Shinseki beef and oyster broth oden"As for sake, in addition to individual items, there is also a set of three types of sake."OK!! Hiroshima Drinking Pairing"(1,000 yen including tax, Setouchi fish sold separately) on sale! 🐟🍶

This tasting set allows you to choose your three favorite sakes from eight varieties of Hiroshima sake, selected to pair well with Setouchi fish. This offer will end while supplies last, so be sure to come early!
