As part of the "A Taste of HIROSHIMA" project, and to further promote the deliciousness of Hiroshima, we will be setting up a booth at the Hiroshima Food Festival, which will be held around Hiroshima Castle for two days on October 25th and 26th, where you can enjoy Setouchi fish, Hiroshima sake, and Hiba beef.

The main event is a pairing experience of "Setouchi fish x Hiroshima sake"!

Please enjoy the combination of Setouchi fish, grown in the rich natural environment of the Seto Inland Sea, and sake brewed with pride by sake breweries in the prefecture!

 

In collaboration with the metropolitan area promotion "OK!! Hiroshima (Oishii Kee, Hiroshima)", Setouchi fish are"OK!! Hiroshima Charcoal Grilled Sea Bream Skewers"と"OK!! This sake tasting set allows you to choose your three favorite types from 12 types of Hiroshima sake, selected to pair perfectly with charcoal-grilled Setouchi fish. This offer will end while supplies last, so be sure to come early!

Inacha, a famous Japanese restaurant that has been loved in Hiroshima City for over 60 years, and Mexican & American Graffity, a popular restaurant based on the chef's experience training in the United States, are collaborating for two days only!
This is a luxurious food festival exclusive menu that combines Japanese and American cuisine and can only be enjoyed here.

"OK!! Hiba Beef Brisket BBQ"
The Hiba beef brisket is generously seasoned with spices and grilled to a fragrant finish, and is paired perfectly with Inacha's special Japanese-style sauce.
