We will be setting up a booth at the Sake Festival from October 11th to 12th, pairing Setouchi fish with Hiroshima sake!

As part of the "A Taste of Hiroshima" project, we are promoting the pairing of Setouchi fish and Hiroshima sake, which allows you to enjoy the combination of Setouchi fish, a food asset unique to Hiroshima Prefecture, with sake from Hiroshima, a sake-producing region.

To further promote the deliciousness of Hiroshima, we will be setting up a booth at the Saijo Sake Festival on October 11th and 12th where you can experience "Pairing Setouchi Fish with Hiroshima Sake" 🍶🐟!

On the day, we will be serving charcoal grilled skewers of Setouchi sea bream, charcoal grilled skewers of Setouchi oysters, and Hiroshima sake.

The sake is not only available individually, but also in a set of three types of sake in collaboration with the "OK!! Hiroshima (Oishii Kee, Hiroshima)" promotion in the Tokyo metropolitan area."OK!! Hiroshima Drinking Pairing"on sale!

Choose your three favorite sakes from 11 varieties of Hiroshima sake, selected to pair perfectly with charcoal-grilled Setouchi fish, for a set price of 1,000 yen (tax included)! This offer will end when all the sake is gone, so be sure to come early.
