As part of the "A Taste of Hiroshima" project, we created a food education video for children and their parents.
This initiative is being carried out in collaboration with the Hiroshima School Lunch Promotion Project, so that young people who will lead Hiroshima in the future can learn about and enjoy Hiroshima's diverse food assets and food culture.
There are four videos in total
1. Food relay to connect thoughts (each episode lasts approximately 3 minutes) https://youtu.be/1Yh7FrvKpr0
We interviewed people involved in ① production, ② distribution (market), ③ sales, and ④ food and beverage about their thoughts on tomatoes grown in the prefecture.
A video that shows the process of tomatoes before they reach your table 👀
Tomatoes are the second most produced vegetable in Hiroshima Prefecture, and there are many different production areas throughout the prefecture.
