As part of the "A Taste of Hiroshima" project, we are promoting the pairing of Setouchi fish and Hiroshima sake, which allows you to enjoy the combination of Setouchi fish, a food asset unique to Hiroshima Prefecture, with sake from Hiroshima, a sake-producing region.

We are currently holding a Setouchi fish and Hiroshima sake pairing fair at 10 restaurants in the prefecture that support our goal! 😋
