Exhibited at A Taste of HIROSHIMA Project Femminale in HIROSHIMA
At the Femminale held at the Hiroshima Television Building, Ekikitare, on March 2025th and 3th, 29,
We exhibited as part of the A Taste of HIROSHIMA project.
The exhibit will feature a pairing experience to help many people learn about the "Setouchi Fish x Hiroshima Sake Pairing Chart," which was recently completed and has been well-received.
On this day, we had wild sea bream, a representative fish of the Setouchi region, grilled and shredded,
Guests were given the opportunity to try two types of fish dishes, each mixed with soy sauce and ponzu sauce, paired with Kyokuho Sake Brewery's Junmai Ginjo sake and Yamaoka Sake Brewery's Zuikan Ii Kaze Junmai Daiginjo sake, as part of a hands-on pairing experience.
Many of those who tried it were surprised at how the flavor changed dramatically depending on how it was combined.
You can also take home a pairing chart and try out different combinations.
Many people said they would like to recommend the product to their friends, and the booth was bustling for two days.
And, we entered FooDrinpic2025 (Spring) and received many votes in the Oshikatsu Battle.
Three regions, Miyoshi City (Miyoshi Wagyu beef), Kitahiroshima Town (Geihoku Salmon), and Saka Town (Satsuma), submitted entry themes and other items at the same time.
The three booths also surprised customers by offering attractive foods that are dotted around Hiroshima.
In the future, the A Taste of HIROSHIMA project will continue to
We will spread the appeal of Hiroshima food to various places!
