As the branding of "Setouchi Fish," a food asset unique to Hiroshima Prefecture, progresses, we are combining it with sake from Hiroshima, a sake-producing region,
To further promote the appeal of Hiroshima's unique cuisine, we have created a "Setouchi Fish x Hiroshima Sake Pairing Chart."

In the past, we have seen charts and tables classifying sake itself, but
This chart focuses on "Setouchi fish dishes" and the cooking methods and seasonings used in them.
It explains and suggests what type of sake would go well with the dish.

This was made possible with the cooperation of 12 breweries in the prefecture, who each proposed three recommended brands.
The pairings shown here are just suggestions.
