Ten winning dishes, including the Grand Prize, have been selected from the "Hiroshima Pasta" dishes created by elementary school students in Hiroshima Prefecture!

This was implemented as a summer vacation project for elementary school students.
The winning menu for the new local menu item "Hiroshima Pasta" has been decided!

In this project, the "Hiroshima Pasta" menu was selected from 33 items submitted by elementary school students in Hiroshima Prefecture.
10 winning menus, including the Grand Prix winner, have been decided!

The grand prize winner was a dish that used Hiroshima ingredients and local specialties, such as whitebait, gansu, and lemon.
"Luxurious Hiroshima Mixed Pasta" was selected!

The recipe is now public, so please try making it at home!
