The winner of the chef competition gave a lecture at his alma mater!

In our prefecture, we are working with a variety of actors, including producers and chefs, to refine the diverse deliciousness of Hiroshima.
We are promoting the "A Taste of HIROSHIMA" project to spread the appeal of this area.

As part of this initiative, we aim to discover and develop young chefs who will lead the future.
"Hiroshima Chef Competition” is being implemented.

This time, the winner of the Western Cuisine category of the 10th Hiroshima Chef Competition

I gave a lecture at my alma mater, Hiroshima Prefectural Technical High School.

In his lecture, he talked about his high school days and his thoughts after he started working at the Rihga Royal Hotel Hiroshima.
We talked about our daily work.

Also, because I have been taking on new challenges since my student days,
He also sent a message to the students to find something they like while they are in high school and pursue it to the fullest.

The students showed great interest and listened to the lecture with a positive attitude towards their future.
