Rihga Royal Hotel Hiroshima "A Taste of HIROSHIMA Gourmet Summit" will be held
As part of the "A Taste of HIROSHIMA" project, the Rihga Royal Hotel Hiroshima restaurant will host the "A Taste of HIROSHIMA Gourmet Summit" from May 5 (Mon) to June 5 (Fri), 8. .
At “A Taste of HIROSHIMA Gourmet Summit”, the chefs of each store pay attention not only to oysters and lemons, which are famous agricultural, forestry and fishery products of Hiroshima Prefecture, but also to hidden gems.We ask the producers about their feelings, preferences, and characteristics, and provide menus that make the most of them.Through this fair, we will convey the appeal of food unique to Hiroshima Prefecture, and we will offer new discoveries, surprises, and unforgettable hospitality to not only visitors from outside the prefecture, but also to all residents of Hiroshima.
Prior to the fair, “A Taste of HIROSHIMA Gourmet Summit Tasting Party” was held on April 5, 4 (Wednesday) at Rihga Royal Hotel Hiroshima.
At the tasting party, we invited the producers and business operators of the ingredients actually used at the gourmet fair, and 14 of the dishes offered were served ahead of schedule.The producers who participated tasted how the ingredients they made with great care were used in their dishes, and confirmed them by talking with the chefs.
One of the producers who attended said, "We are grateful that our products are used as food ingredients, and we would like many people to learn about these ingredients through the event."
