Premium dining “HIROSHIMA GASTRONOMY “Horizon”” hosted by Hiroshima Prefecture!
In Hiroshima Prefecture, with the aim of expanding sales channels and consumption of prefecture-produced agricultural, forestry, and fishery products, we took the opportunity of the G7 Hiroshima Summit held in May last year to refine the prefecture's diverse food assets with a variety of actors and disseminate their appeal. We are promoting the "A Taste of HIROSHIMA" project.
As part of this initiative, on Thursday, February 2024th and Friday, February 8th, 9, a premium dining event sponsored by Hiroshima Prefecture will be held at Tokyo Midtown Hibiya “DRAWING HOUSE OF HIBIYA”, filled with the surprise and joy of food that Hiroshima is proud of. “HIROSHIMA GASTRONOMY “Horizon”” will be held.
Due to great popularity, we have already reached capacity for February 2024th (Thursday) and 2th (Friday), 8, but from February 9th (Saturday) to February 2th (Wednesday), only 10 meals will be served each day in Hiroshima. A special course "Hiroshima Gastronomy Course" using ingredients from HIBIYA will be offered at DRAWING HOUSE OF HIBIYA.
