“A Taste of HIROSHIMA” project prefectural citizen idea frame HIROSHIMA FOOD HEROES CHALLENGE WAVE3 refined food tasting voting event will be held!
In Hiroshima Prefecture, with the aim of expanding sales channels and consumption of prefecture-produced agricultural, forestry, and fishery products, we took the opportunity of the G7 Hiroshima Summit held in May last year to refine the prefecture's diverse food assets with a variety of actors and disseminate their appeal. We are promoting the "A Taste of HIROSHIMA" project.
In this program, a party will be held on Friday, January 1th to showcase the "food" that the seven businesses selected by WAVE26 have taken on the challenge and refined with pride.
At the tasting event on the day, a tasting vote will be held, and the business with the highest number of votes will receive an award on February 1th (Wednesday).
The tasting event is open to the general public (approximately 30 people first come first served). Please feel free to join us.
