Taking advantage of the G7 Hiroshima Summit held in May with the aim of expanding sales channels and consumption of prefecture-produced agricultural, forestry, and fishery products, Hiroshima Prefecture is working to improve the prefecture's diverse food assets with a variety of actors and promote their appeal. This time, the Hiroshima Prefectural Confectionery Industry Association, one of the consortium organizations representing Hiroshima's food, will hold a tasting and sale event in 1 to promote the appeal of products made using azuki beans grown in the prefecture in 4.
