"A Taste of HIROSHIMA" Project Refinement and appeal of food using prefecture-produced azuki beans About holding tasting and on-sale events by the Hiroshima Prefecture Confectionery Industry Association - Simultaneously held at three locations in the prefecture, including Fresh Genki Market Hiroshima store -

Taking advantage of the G7 Hiroshima Summit held in May with the aim of expanding sales channels and consumption of prefecture-produced agricultural, forestry, and fishery products, Hiroshima Prefecture is working to improve the prefecture's diverse food assets with a variety of actors and promote their appeal. We are promoting the "A Taste of HIROSHIMA" project.

This time, the Hiroshima Prefectural Confectionery Industry Association, one of the consortium organizations representing Hiroshima's food, will hold a tasting and sale event in 1 to promote the appeal of products made using azuki beans grown in the prefecture in 4. It will be held over three days, January 6th (Friday), 1th (Saturday), and 19st (Sunday), with the main venue being Toretate Genkiichi Hiroshima store, Hiroshima Bus Center 20F Busmachi, and Ejan Onomichi.

This is a tasting and sale event where everyone can learn about Hiroshima Prefecture's azuki beans and try them out, so please come to each venue.
