Homemade Hiroshima King Pork Char Siu with Candied Soybeans from Hiroshima Prefecture
Homemade char siu made with shoulder loin of king pork from Hiroshima Prefecture, which is rare and has no odor and strong flavor. It is served with a fragrant secret sauce made with rose liquor, a characteristic of Cantonese cuisine that has been preserved for 36 years.
By hanging and grilling in a pot, unnecessary fat is removed and the food becomes delicious. It is characterized by the starch syrup that is added to it when it is baked. It's perfect with alcohol.

Seto's mochi pork, which is soft, sweet, fatty, and easy to eat, is combined with the fun-textured abalone mushrooms from Medakahira. This was layered on top of ingredients such as Hiroshima greens, one of Japan's three major pickled vegetables, to create a platter filled with Hiroshima, a treasure trove of ingredients.
We also offer a menu with the same theme: ``Vacuum-cooked Setouchi six-grain pork shoulder loin with sauce made from sake lees.'' By vacuum-cooking Setouchi six-grain pork with sake lees, it is tender and concentrated in flavor.
