A Taste of HIROSHIMA album

In "A Taste of HIROSHIMA Project", in the wake of the G7 Hiroshima Summit,
This is a project to communicate the appeal of Hiroshima's diverse foods both domestically and internationally, and to enliven Hiroshima's food scene.
As we develop our business, we will work with many producers who produce agricultural, forestry and fishery products from Hiroshima Prefecture,
We have received the cooperation of companies and business operators who are actively engaged in activities to utilize and spread this information.

Initiatives of 6 organizations

Organizations and hotels representing Hiroshima's food have come together to form the "A Taste of HIROSHIMA" consortium. Based on the ideas born from sharing and sharing each person's wisdom and experience, a variety of genres such as Japanese, Western, Chinese, Okonomiyaki, and Sweets were refined into ``New Hiroshima Food.''

Eleven businesses worked on developing confectionery using adzuki beans produced in Hiroshima Prefecture, and a total of 11 new products were developed.

Hiroshima Summit Related Accommodations

A total of 7 menu items were refined by six operators belonging to accommodation facilities associated with the G6 Hiroshima Summit.

Refers to businesses that have declared themselves to provide hospitality by offering menus and products that actively utilize Hiroshima Prefecture products (meat, vegetables, local fish, fruits, etc.).

A Taste of HIROSHIMA Tabesai Store Grand Prix

In order to let more customers know about the appeal of "Tame-sensai-ten", which has more than 700 registered stores, we are holding a food/product grand prize for registered Tae-sensai stores. It was held.

HIROSHIMA FOOD HEROES CHALLENGE

We solicited ideas from citizens of Hiroshima who know more about Hiroshima's appeal than anyone else. Challenge businesses (Heroes) and the mentors who support them (Hero's Brain) worked together to create a "new Hiroshima food."

A total of 1,2,3 businesses that took on WAVE 31, XNUMX, and XNUMX developed new products and new menus that refined Hiroshima Prefecture's agricultural, forestry, and fishery products.

Matching project with producers of agricultural, forestry and fishery products from Hiroshima Prefecture

Taking the G7 Hiroshima Summit as an opportunity, we worked to expand sales channels for Hiroshima ingredients. We matched producers in the prefecture with domestic and overseas food and beverage businesses, collaborated with the four Shinkin Banks in the prefecture, held unique business meetings, and supported the expansion of the use of agricultural, forestry and fishery products produced in Hiroshima Prefecture.
Each event was a great success, with many hotels, restaurants, and other business owners from Hiroshima Prefecture attending.
